WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?
The interview process is tailored around the level of the open position. Typically, it will begin with a phone call to discuss the role and evaluate further for candidate fit. An in person interview would be scheduled with the Human Resources Manager and Department Manager. For most positions, we use assessments to guide us in the hiring process to ensure we are making the best decisions when filling a role. Once the results are received and reviewed, we then would move on to a final interview involving key people in our organization. We want our candidates to have the opportunity to learn more about our culture and people. After all changing jobs is a big decision and we want to ensure its a fit on our end as well as on your end.
